I have not tried it on an iMac G3 but it should work but will be slow. It's slow on a Dual 2.5 G5.

I never saw your message and few would have even messed with it on a imac g3 because it would be VERY SLOW.

It should work but don't expect much.

VPC is SLOW at it's best.

None really, sorry! (There are other emulation apps out there, but none run as well as virtual PC)

But Virtual PC will run in slow motion mode on a G3. I mean "move mouse pointer, get a coffee, click, make a sandwich etc.).

If you really need to run some PC Apps at school, I would say your best bet if you like Macs and OSX is get an Intel Mac and install either Bootcamp with a separate install of windows or Parallels if there will be no gaming involved as you can run the apps very fast right on your OSX desktop in a window. That would work great for your school and the apps they give you.

You're better off getting an intel mac, virtual pc is barely usable on my iBook G4, windows xp takes like 3 minutes to boot, and after that, it's basically unusable.
