older ibook g3 - need help on setting up internet

Does anyone know how to set up a connection to the net on this machine? I already have one for my pc an just got an old ibook, i put in the disk for my internet but no idea about settings? anybody know anything about this?

Depends on what kind of connection you have. Most connections are fairly self-explanatory. Just follow the instructions and you are good to go. If you are unsure what your settings should be, you might want to check with your ISP's tech support for the exact settings to see if there are any special things they require.
