What is the best TV tuner that will work with the new powermacs?

3.4 Ghz i7 MacBook Pro (2015), iPad Pro (2014), iPhone Xs Max. Apple TV 4K
I have not looked at any, but it would have to be a PCI Express card, unless there is an external option.

Thats the thing I've found tv tuners but they only work with th older powermacs like the 2.7.
