Hi
When I send an email to a group in my contacts it shows all the email addresses in the group so the recipients see "joe@blah.cm and 27 others". There is an option in Mail prefs "when sending to a group show all recipients addresses", this is unchecked. How do I stop Mail listing the addresses?

regards
Mike

Put your email addresss in the “To box, then put the “Group” in the “cc” box.

You need to put the others in BCC, not CC. 'In e-mail terminology, Cc stands for "carbon copy" and Bcc stands for "Blind carbon copy". The difference between Cc and Bcc is that carbon copy (CC) recipients are visible to all other recipients whereas those who are BCCed are not visible to anyone.'

Ooops, that's right. Thanks Sue.
