I've never used Fetch, but Panic is one of my favorite developers.
So, naturally uneducated on anyothers I'd go with Transmit.

Well dude, I'm the cheap type of person. If I had the money I'd probably buy the cuteFTP, but since I'm broke right about now, I search the web. One of my favorite spots is http://rcn.mac.tucows.com/ I download freeware, I've used FTPthingy, name sounds stupid but gets the job done ;-)

you can always use the Unix FTP through the terminal if youre looking for a completely free option. but if you want the ease of drag and drop, I recommend Transmit
