Missing Manifest

I am working on a Java program in XCode. Up until about 2 hours ago the program worked fine. I added a couple of files to the program: specifically JDBF from SVCom. Now when I try to build I get the following error:

Building target “JavaPDF” with build style “Development” (optimization:level ‘N/A’, debug-symbols: off) — (1 error)
Missing file or directory: Manifest
Build failed for target "JavaPDF" using build style "Development" (1 error)

I have commented out all references to the imported files and I still get the errror. What happened? Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks.
