iPhone pics not received

FYI. Asking for a friend who asked me for help

She has new iphone5s
Problem.....
Takes pics and sends to email, iMessage and Facebook.
when clicked send, it indicates sent by whoosh sound.
But it is to being received!

Is it something that has to be set up in settings?

I will see her tonite and will check out
..her iOS to see if needs updating
..do a reboot

What else can I check?

Nothing to set up, it should just work. But if the total number of pictures is large enough, her ISP, or mail provider, or the ISP/Mail provider on the receiving end could be limiting the size of the email. Pictures are pretty large. Try sending just one to see if it works.

previously she had an older iPhone and all worked just fine. same ISP and provider so no change there.
i will check her size of pics maybe her sizing on pics taken is set too high.
will check that out.

problem solved. apparently she had to delete her email account and re enter it.
all works well now and she is pleased. and i learned something new also.
