I really like the keyboard that shipped with the old G5 iMac and I'd love to have one.

However I don't want some used example (bit fussy with keyboards and hygeine!!) so was wondering whether anyone is aware of a keyboard similar in design to it?

These keyboards from Matias are about as close as you can come to the older Apple keyboards that shipped with the G5 and some earlier units. Take a look at the Tactile Pro. A bit expensive, however.
