Torrent files not downloading

Torrent files have stopped downloading since the last month. Tried downloading files through utorrent, Vuze, Transmission, Bitqtorrent.

None of them are working. My operating system is currently have El Capitan. Kindly assist.

I don't know what you were downloading from Torrent sites but they are notorious for malware and other garbage. Perhaps your ISP has restricted users from Torrent downloading?

Im trying to download an Audiobook. Besides this I had some movies downloading which also stopped midway.
How do I know if my ISP has restricted users? Is there anyway to bypass that?

Those downloads are all illegal since Audio Books are copyrighted and the same for movies. We are not going to offer any help for that kind of activity. You can buy Audio Books from Amazon or iTunes. Same for movies.
