Easiest Compiled Language in Xcode?

I am thinking of learning a compiled language that I will be developing in Xcode, I have experiance in web development, by using PHP ect, but want to learn the easiest first... any1 have any suggestions on which language supported by Xcode is the easiest? and if possible give me an address for an online manual?

Easiest compiled language in Xcode? Last I checked there were only two compiled languages, C and C++.... and they're both pretty much the same. (Java isn't really compiled, it's half-compiled and half-interpreted)
