Can windows 7 upgrade to 10

I just got windows 7 fully running and fully upgraded (with 25gb left and 120gb hdd left on the side). I have not seen a get windows 10 icon pop up. My windows that is installed is a legal version.

Give it time since today is the launch day. It should show. It did on my gaming system.

I found out how to brute force download and install using windows install tool ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 ) but now my functions keys are all wack. so i cannot turn off led, change volume or brightness.
