L.A. Computer Company in Anaheim is seeking a full-time Macintosh Technician. Qualified candidates must have current Macintosh desktop and laptop repair experience. Position would require direct contact with customers on a daily basis so exceptional customer service skills are a must. Candidates must also have a clear speaking voice as our service department answers our own phone calls although do not offer technical support over the phone.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of Mac repair experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Independent and detailed orientated
- Understanding of basic networking
- Home and small business routers and network printing
- Ability to handle all aspects of repair process
- Check-in customers and answer questions
- Perform repairs
- Order and track needed parts

EXCEPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(not required, but would be beneficial to aspiring candidates)
- Any Apple repair certifications
- Basic knowledge of OS X Server
- File sharing, NetBoot, and User Permissions
- Knowledge of Terminal and advanced OS permissions repairs
- Very basic Windows troubleshooting for Boot Camp
- PC service experience

COMPENSATION
- Will vary depending on qualifications.
