Whats gonna be the easiest way to rip the audio from a DVD and convert it to MP3 or AAC? I've heard about mac the ripper, but I can't seem to find it anywhere on the internet for download.

I don't know if this is really what you're looking for though. This will rip the entire DVD into Video/Audio_TS folders. You may want to check out HandBrake, it's on macupdate.com too.
