What data do you want to transfer ?
Are you talking about TimeMachine backups , or are you talking about the TimeCapsule being used as just an external disk ?
Do you want to transfer the complete disk or just parts of it ?

Well both I suppose. My 1T TC is almost full, which I believe was caused by it backing up my computer twice at some point. It would be helpful if I could see which is which.
