PC won't recognise memory stick

I downloaded several PDFs created from Quark documents on my iMac onto a 64gb Kingston DT SE9 stick but my printer can't see it on his PC. Any ideas why not?

Make sure your stick is formatted to a file system compatible with Windows, like Fat32.

You could use Disk Utility in Mac OS, or format it on a Windows PC by right clicking the drive in My Computer and selecting Format.

Procedure will work for any hard drive or Usb stick.

Obviously back up the content first.
