Contacts discrepancy between iOS and OSX

Can contacts in iOS display Job Title and Department as it does in OSX?

Yes, provided you sync your contacts using iCloud. Whatever information you place in your contacts app in OS X will be available on your iPhone or iPad if you sync via iCloud.

The information is there; it is jeu not displaying. I think that if I tick the box to display the company as the main title then I lose the department and job title of the contact. I think I see Apple's logic, but as the end use,r I think I should decide what make s sense to me. I expect Apple doesn't see it that way, even in Steve's absence..

I hardly ever use Department field, so had to do a little test, and all seem to be fine - iOS displays job title, department and company name, just as OS X does:
