GarageBand 10: Where's reverb & fadeout lock?

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
new to garageband 10 from older versions, so why does new one always change my master track fade out (adds automation points I've deleted)?

second, where's those old easy to access reverb/echo control panels, with the % amount I want to put on an audio track, for example? thanks!

The new GarageBand is well, different. I gave up on it and went back to the older version, which by the way still should be on your machine but under a separate folder.
