above msg occurred several times during my grandsons parental controlled session. he does not use Facebook (he is 7).

Some (most) web sites have some sort of affiliation with Facebook and/or Google. Either a search box or advertisements or even a "Login with your Facebook" button.
Also "Share this on Facebook" buttons. He's not necessarily going to the sites, whatever site he's on probably accesses them for one reason or another.
