no streaming audio with Firefox

HELP!!!!
I have just installed Mac OSX version 10.4.5 and Firefox 1.5.0.1. Now when I try to listen to streaming radio stations online I get no audio. Before this recent "upgrade" I was using OS9.2 and netscape and everything was fine, listened to my favorite radio while working. I don't get any error messages and the page appears to have loaded, but there is no sound. Any suggestions? I do get alert sounds and I can play cds through iTunes.

Did a look around - installing Realplayer or WMP for Mac might work.

Can't verify that though.

I had already installed WMP, but before I installed Firefox. Tried re-installing WMP and now all is well. Thanks so much. It is so much nicer to spend a Saturday working while listening to music as opposed to sitting in silence!
