Help booting Hiren's on USB

Hey guys. Couldn't find the place for Windows topics so I'll just post it here. Does anyone know about Hiren's Boot CD? I'm trying to make version 9.9 or 10.0 bootable on a USB drive, but I can't find any menu.lst or grldr file on these versions and it doesn't boot properly if I use those files from other versions. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Keep in mind I'm interested in versions 9.9 or 10.0 only. I know how to make a bootable for the newest version.

You're not going to receive any help concerning "Hiren's Boot CD" since it's made up of pirated Windows software. It has long been a target of MS and other software developers because of the illegal use of their licensed software. Thread closed.
