OS 10.4.5: Sharing Out Non User Directories?

My wireless network (between XP machines and the mini) works great, but I'd like to be able to share out more than my user directory on the mini. Specifically, a directory of video clips that I've got on an external drive. Can this be done? Thanks!

Thanks. So just to confirm we're on the same page: AFP installed on the XP machine(s) will allow me to access the entire file structure on the Mac? I would've thought the change I'd have to make would have been on the Mac, but then again, if I knew, I wouldn't be here asking.

Looks like this is what I'm looking for. A freeware app called SharePoints, allowing you to share out any folder, much like what was possible in an earlier version of Mac OS (prior to me coming aboard):
