my iphones message and call and several other icons have been deleted, dont know what to to

You cannot delete these on iOS unless the phone is jailbroken or faulty. But without details of which iPhone you have and which version of iOS and any modifications made it's hard to give specific advice.
However, first step is to restart the phone (hold sleep/wake and home down until the phone reboots and you see the Apple symbol.
If the issue remains, connect to iTunes and restore your phone to the latest version of iOS and then restore your iTunes or iCloud backup.
