Printing on a Mac

I have received a word document by email. It was created in landscape and I cannot find any way of changing the paper orientation on the printer from portrate. Any suggestions would be appreciated

The settings my be a bit different t for your printer but try the following. I assume you are using Word though the process is similar for most programs.

1. Open the document and choose File>Page Setup.
2. In the sheet that appears make sure the Settings Drop Down is set to Page Attributes.
3. At the bottom of the box is a marking for Orientation click the second square.

From whichever program you're using to view the document, click the File menu and click "Print". The detailed print dialog should come up. From there, choose Page Setup and switch the orientation from portrait to landscape.
