A really long time ago i set the password for the restrictions under settings on my iPhone. i never really used it and i used to know the password for it but every time i tried to access it it said it was wrong and it's been so long now i completely forget the password. Is there any way i can get into restrictions again without completely resetting my phone and losing anything? i have the iPhone 4S and iOS 7 if that helps.

Please do not post the same question multiple times - once is enough.

If you have forgotten the passcode, can't imagine there's an easy of getting back in short of resetting the phone to a brand new device. I imagine using a backup image after that would restore the passcode as well..

Depending on what restrictions you have in place, you can try to export (manually if needed) whatever you can off the iPhone before trying to do the reset..
