Safari is not opening,help!

I have windows 7 and for some reason,Safari will not open. I have installed and repaired and still nothing. Internet Explorer works perfectly fine but when it comes to Safari opening,nothing.

Always provide computer details and operating system.

However assuming you need Safari for Windows 7, try this download:-

Safari 5.1.7 for Windows

I'm not sure I understand. Are you trying to run the Windows version of Safari in Windows 7 or are you referring to Safari in OS X? If you are trying to run Safari for Windows, please read this article: LINK
