You will not get Finder like functionality on iOS, there is no support to browse the onboard storage so what purpose would Finder serve?

Finder app with memory stop would be awesome awesome awesome.That defeats the purpose of iOS' practice of layering things on top of the filesystem so as to prevent deep level access. A file manager serves no purpose other than to contravene this principle.
