So I'm having a problem with my iSight, and there doesn't appear to be any particular solution, so I call the Apple Store. I pick the "tech support" option and it gives me a number to call. I call the number and get another automated menu that asks me a couple of questions and then HANGS UP ON ME!!!! No matter what my response, I get hung up on. The machine says "All right, I'll refer you to a specialist" and then hangs up. Try it!

Not to put a fine point on it, but ***?!?!
