Can't find Bootcamp

I have been using mostly Windows system on my MacBook Pro due to compatibility issue with my colleagues. Today, I turned on my laptop and the Windows system could not start. I went for the Mac system and could not find the bootcamp disk. What was going on? What shall I do to recover the Windows system?
