Has anyone had issues connecting to internet using Safari? I have had this problem happen a few times when using cellphone reception and not wifi when in the car. I will have 4 bars and it will still not pull up internet. Is this a problem with the phone or my service? Where the 4 would continue to load until it got a connection, my 5 goes to a "cannot open page" window. I have attached a screen shot for reference. Like I said, I really want to know if this is a problem with my particular phone or the service. As you can see from the photo, I have 4 bars.
