Ok so can anyone help me with this:
Since last night my phones been completely unresponsive, at first it wouldn't even turn on or anything, then after doing the home/sleep button combo the screen goes white.
At first it was just black in the middle then faded out to white around the edges.
Then the apple logo appeared in the middle but it still faded to white, then after a few more tries the screen has like two white bars on the screen that look like cross hairs. I tried the combo just now again and the charging battery sign shows up with something underneath.

I've tried restoring up but it said that this phone could not be restored.
Is there absolutely any way to fix this or am I just screwed?

A little back story, unfortunately I had been drinking last night so I don't remember everything but I think I sat in something wet and I had my phone in my back pocket.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Take it to Apple and keep your fingers crossed. That, or face the facts and just get a new one.

Yeah that's what I'm gonna do tomorrow.
But an update I tried turning it on today, and the normal black screen with the apple comes up, it just doesn't go past that.

So that's good at least right?

There is a liquid indicator on the iPhones and so if the Apple store determines that the damage is due to liquids, you're SOL and will have to buy a new iPhone..either way, with what you are describing, if it wasn't liquid damage and is not a manufacturer defect, then getting it fixed might be quite pricey..

Yeah I wish I knew about the liquid indicator beforehand; they have a way around everything.
I had to get a new phone but luckily I didn't need to pay full price.
