For WYSIWYG development there's Flux, RapidWeaver, iWeb(still around??)..otherwise you can use any text editor to code a website by hand in HTML/PHP/CSS..

You can do graphics in Photoshop, Pixelmator, Illustrator and other applications..

What exactly are you interested in?

I'm interested in both WYSIWYG and coding but just wanted to know a few programs that are good on the Mac to help me start.
