Is there a way to add images to iCal events

Hi everyone

I am a teacher and I would like to be able to paste images of my lesson plans into calendar items. Is there a way to do this?

Or perhaps, if you know of an app that works with iCal or even some sort of add-on, I would REALLY appreciate any feedback.
