Hi,

I have been using my white Airport Extreme without any issues for the last 12 months. I am only using it connected to my cable modem for access from my iMac for time capsule.

I just received a new cable modem to update the speed and since then all I have is a flashing amber light.

Ive run the airport utility it shows me a green light against internet icon (internet connection is fine).

Just shows spinning icon and says no configured base stations have been found.

Ive tried unplugging and powering off the Airport Extreme but no change.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks,

Mike

Ok Then can I just ask, if the Airport Extreme is powered up alone, not connected to the internet, should the green light come on or does it require a connection and setup to the internet to do that?

Thanks,
Mike
