What’s in a name? Up until yesterday I was just filing photos away of the male lion at Portland’s Zoo as “male lion”. One of the volunteers that’s been with the zoo for years told me his name in Zawadi. Now that changes the game altogether. Having such a name adds character to the animal. Here is a recent photo of “Zawadi”. Photo taken with a Sony Alpha NEX-5N with a Sony 55-210mm F/4.5-6.3 lens aboard.
