I own a jailbroken iphone 3gs new boot rom. recently I tried to update to ios 5..1.1 and the nightmare started. It got stuck in recovery mode and somehow with customed ipsw i was able to restore the iphone, however calculator , appstore , compass and other apps were missing. so i decided to restore and jailbreak once again, this time during restoring there was an error saying that no disk space, so I copied all the backups to external drive. Now I had installed 4.1 and jailbroken , but i am not able to restore my backup from external drive and also none of the apps are being synced . PLEASE GUIDE ME TO RESTORE MY BACKUP AND ALSO TO UPGRADE TO 4.3 WITHOUT LOSING THE BASESBAND.
