Is it possible to use the zoom in iPhoto & Aperture 3 to create an enlarged image? I shot an image of the moon last night using a 55-250mm lens and it looked cool when zoomed in on the image.

Never mind. I just figured it out. Zoom then crop.

Not saying that this is the best method but it's handy for mailing stuff quickly, posting images to the forum and doing quick edits in preview.

Open the photo up, enlarge and do a screen shot of the portion of the image that you want by pressing Command Shift 4 simultaneously, dragging the crosshairs across and letting go.

You can screenshot the whole screen also by pressing Command Shift 3.
