I installed parallels a while back and used it for a while, with no real problems. Recently I needed to free up some and deleted parallels. I am still left with the HDD and the .pmv files in it. The disk says its capacity is 64 gigs of my 300. How do I get rid of this thing.

The virtual machines that you created will be listed in your Documents folder under virtual machines. You should be able to remove the entire folder. Since you have already removed Parallels you may have to enter your admin password when deleting them.
