after my files are ripped to a folder what program do you burn with?

Same here. Toast 7 Rocks! It also has the capability of compressing a dual layer DVD onto a single layer DVD with no loss of quality.

It's expensive ($99) but well worth it.

The only problem I have with Popcorn, by itself, is that it won't copy protected DVDs. Once you use handbrake, however, it's not a big deal.
