Syncing multiple calenders

Mac book pro, 3.06Ghz intel core 2 due, 4gb memory,version 10.6.8 snow leopard
Hi all

I have my home Mac calender synced to my IPad but I need to add my work microsoft outlook calender to it as well.

I need to add both with ease any ideas.
