I was boot camping my mac but when it restarted, I got a "non system disc error." I'm still able to boot into my mac partition though. I'm using a usb SD card reader, and an SD card with the windows 7 iso on it. I followed all the instructions in the bootcamp prompts. I think the problem is the iso being on the usb device.

any ideas on how to fix this?

If you have an iso downloaded from the Microsoft store, it can be burned to either a DVD or to a USB flash drive. I'm assuming you're trying to install Windows on a machine that does not have an optical drive? (you didn't give us any info regarding your Mac)

In either case the iso has to be burned to the device as you can not install Windows using the Boot Camp assistant with just an iso.
