So the next time anyone derides Macs and Mac users, we can now say that you don't HAVE to be a rocket scientist to use a Mac, but they do anyway. :D

In some ways, this isn't all that surprising. The article touches on why this is - it's a Unix operating system that doesn't require extensive and deep knowledge to use effectively. You can get the whole set of Unix tools and use those without having to worry about whether init scripts were run or kernel modules were loaded.
