IMG file in finder sidebar

I was going to burn photos to a CD, was moving files to the burn folder and missed. Now IMG file is in the sidebar under "pictures". How on earth do I get rid of it, every time I try to drag it, it returns. Thanks in advance.

Right-click, remove from sidebar.

I thought I tried this and 50 other things last night. It's funny what a few hours of sleep and some sound advice will do! Thank you Cradom.
