safari videoolayback issues

Hello! Lately about 1 month ago my internet browser video playback has been ******... Youtube won't display the loading bar and it will suddenly stop playing it has been happening lately on every browser that ii use. I have the latest browser versions and the latest plugin version. I try to watch a lot of movies and they always stop loading from every browser.... I use Cuevana.tv.

i have also tried reinstalling safari and the plugin such as flash. I deleted came already and no new advances..

please help I'm tired of this errors andy don't know how to fix them, i have also tried every solution i can think of.
