I have recently bought a Silicon Power Armor A80 1TB external drive. I found the reviews good. Since it is PC pre-formatted, I tried reformat it with 2 partitions and in Mac OS extended (Journaled) using Disk Utility but it gives the following error message:
"Disk Erase failed with error. File system formatter failed"
Has anyone experienced this? Could you please give advise on a remedy for this?
