Hi

I'm hoping someone can help on here. I recently downloaded software called handbrake on my windows 7 laptop. It's supposed to be quite good for what I want to do, which is put DVDs on to my iPad.

Anyway I've encoded the first thing and it's downloaded to where I said. Only problem is its extremely jumpy and way to pixelated to work out what's going on on the screen. Obviously I've done something wrong but as I don't really know what I'm doing I don't know what I have done wrong.

The thing has been ripped from DVD and plays on computer but it's just horrible horrible quality.

Anyone who knows what I'm talking about, please help

Many thanks

Unfortunately we cannot assist in the ripping of commercial DVDs, as breaking the encryption is against US law, and the forum rules.

For home-made DVDs, you can try Handbrake.
