Hi all
In iphoto 09, the map in places has disappeared - I just get a grey screen. I can assign photos to a position in the info box on the photos (clicking the little "i") but when I then click the places tab on the left, I have no map. If I look at the other places view, the photos are categorized by the place name.
I have tried deleting preferences and reinstalling iPhoto and interestingly if I set up a new account and import some photos, the map appears! Also this is a completely new install I did only last week.
A web search brings up a couple of threads on the apple communities (so others are having this) but no solutions that have yet worked. Anyone got any ideas?
