Payment Gateway integration in IOS Native App using XML Api

I want to integrate payement gateway provided by Internetsecure.com with XMlbased Api in Native IOS application. i am dealing with physical goods. so i want to know that if i implement the XMLBased Api in Native IOS application is apple approve that?, as its for physical goods. And what are the security features i need to use so that it should as per PCI and PC-DSS standard.
