Be aware that most download "managers" cause ALL KINDS of difficult-to-track-down problems and are often fraudulent in their results anyway. I have no experience with the product referenced so perhaps its the magical and wonderful exception to the rule, but broadly speaking download managers should be avoided like the malware they often are.
