I'm by trade a college student / pc repair person. I'm looking to get involved with macs and am looking to get any mac hardware possible, laptops, desktops whatever I can so I can learn the ins and outs and how to fix them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, please let me know.

If you can fix PC hardware, I am sure you'll be able to do Apple hardware, they aren't that different. I would just get something cheap to learn the OS, like a mini. I think I saw Apple selling refurbs with Tiger for right at or under $400.
