Need help reviving iTunes and Serato playlists from old hard drive.

My Macbook recently broke, but I managed to extract the hard drive from the machine and put it into an external enclosure. This hard drive has all my music, iTunes playlists and Serato Crates organized in the way I need to DJ.

Is there a way I can access these lists from my current Macbook Air?

I don't have any experience with Serato so I can't help you with that.

As for iTunes, are you telling us that the hard drive from your old machine is okay now that you have it in an external drive?

If so, then you should be able to access that iTunes Library at will by opening iTunes with the option key held down. You'll be asked if you want to start or open a different iTunes Library.

Point it to the "old" iTunes folder (just the folder) on your external drive and everything should re-open exactly as it was on the old machine.
